We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely while preserving its unique character and condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7–15 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
During periods of high order volume or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected domestic and international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order to discuss available shipping options.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package size and weight
- Shipping method selected
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Packaging
Vintage and antique items require careful handling.
Each item is securely packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if required by the carrier.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Mona's Artifacts cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed or cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist in opening an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
While we will make every reasonable effort to help resolve shipping issues, Mona's Artifacts is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the packaging (inside and outside)
- Photographs of the shipping label
Do not discard the packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require inspection.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned because it was unclaimed or the delivery address was incorrect, any additional shipping, customs, storage, or return charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of the purchased item transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
